Where do we go from here? America?

After the tea-parties, town hall meetings, and protests rallies in our nation's capital have all come and gone, and the sons and daughters of liberty have spent themselves trying to get their voices heard by those we entrusted to carry our interests onto the national stage, where do we go from there? I have good reason for telling you that I am the one who can answer that question. I am an American Watchman of Oklahoma. I have no political affiliation but am here to tell you that it was not a group of elite professors of law, economics, or philosophy that gathered in that upper room long ago to hammer out for us this Republic in hopes that those who would come after them would see the value of holding liberty as the key that unlocks the door to the answer to the human condition, they were farmers, merchants, preachers, teachers and other common men with common hopes dreams and desires as you and I. You will not find the answer to this countries problems in Washington DC, America. It lies with you sons and daughters of liberty across this great divide. Get off your backsides and make a difference for crying out loud. Inform yourself of whats going on in your local community, engage one another in intelligent discussions, unite together to hold your local officials feet to the fire, to get them to do whats right, and elect according to the principles of virtue that you would want for yourself and those who would represent you. I don't care about your left-wing, right-wing political ideology. Its not about left or right, but right and wrong. Got it? Remember, it was towards the triumph of an idea that this country was created, find out for yourself what that idea was, and you will have discovered the least trumpeted but greatest thing about what it means to be a human being blessed by God with the right to life, liberty, and pursuit.
