NOT a virgin! Pain while being fingered help!?

I had ual for the first time a few months ago and have not had since. I have been fingered though mutliple times since them and it continues to hurt. I've never had this problem before. I consulted a womens physician about the problem and diagnosed me with a mild uti, yeast, and bv. I have taken all my medications and waited a few weeks. I recently just tried being fingered again and it still hurts! What could the problem be???
