Separation questions in pa?

ok...my neighbor and I were just outside talking about him getting divorced. His wife kicked him out over 14 months ago. He has since moved in with another woman. His wife is being really nasty and won't agree to a divorce so he has to take her to court and fight it out. he is afraid that she will get a lot in alimony because he thinks she can cite adultery. I thought there was a certain period of time that states once you are kicked out with no chance of reconciling that adultery is no longer an option. I guess what I am asking is can she get him for adultery even though she kicked him out of the house? She is really being bitchy with not granting the divorce, she won't let him see his 6 year old daughter, she keeps calling his new girlfriend and leaves her haring messages (which she has kept) and she calls him all kinds of names and fills their 6 year olds head full of crap...which is sad cause she's so young. Is there a good site online that will show all laws in PA? thx
