Diagnostic code P0172 System Too Rich (Bank 1) help and remedy?

04 Monte Carlo LS. The check engine light came on. When we did the system diagnostics it said "P0172 System Too Rich (Bank 1)". Please advise us what the problem is and the steps to remedy the situation. The light came on after we changed our air filter and the brakes and the brake fluid.
