What is the best State University for the Nursing Program in California?

I was wondering which state university would be the best to take the nursing program in California. I would love to attend a UC but money is a problem. So i'm stuck choosing between SFSU, SDSU, SJSU, or CSU Hayward. If there are any other schools that you recommend please let me know. What school and why? What sets it apart from the others?
