Where can I find a lyric book?

My boyfriend is a musician and for Christmas I thought a lyric book would be nice for him to put words to his music. I know you can make one and it would mean more, but honestly, I don't have a crafty bone in my body. Anyone know where I can find an empty book specifically made for Lyrics?
