'Canadians favour their health care to American system: poll' Your thoughts?

I'm Canadian and I was never asked this poll. Based on the results I would say that Canadians are retarded. How can 70% think the health care system is working well when in some cases people have to wait months just to get an MRI for cancer? Or when so many Canadians can't even find a family doctor? Or even in some situations, they are told to go to the United States, because Canada doesn't have the facilities to perform the operation?
