count your calories... see how many calories you get in one day and then the next day cut it in half. for example if your overweight and you weigh 200 pounds and you eat 4,000 or 5,000 calories in a day then if you constantly eat 4,000 calories everyday your weight wont change but if you cut it to half like instead of 4000 , 2000 then mayb youl loose weight and also run an exercise
