What can I use to polish silver with to make it more reflective?

I need to polish, clean, or somehow make sterling silver surfaces (silver vase) more shiney or reflective, ideally giving it a deep mirror-like appearance without altering the originality of the appearance. It is not tarnished or dirty, it is a new product...I don't need to clean it, just make something new look even better.
