Should I shape my personality to fit my career or ….. ?

Do what you love so B, that way you will actually enjoy work and your life! But I too am a shy person who dislikes conversing with people etc but I landed a job as a manager in a pizza store where I had to deal with staff and all types of customers. I found that when I stepped into work I was a loud, confident person who could take anything anyne said to me. I think jobs help people grow and evolve so it's hard to say. Just do what you love!
