A recipe/ product for an all-natural facial cleanser that REALLY works?

I have moderate to sever acne, and no matter what I do, it does not go away. I've tried AcneFree, Clean and Clear, even dermatologist appointments (where I was given Epiduo and pills), but my pores are still huge, I still have countless blackheads, and large pimples can be seen all the time. I've tried Burt's Bees Spot Stick most recently, along with an egg-white/lemon juice/honey mask, with no results. My acne is getting worse, so any answers would be greatly appreciated!
