Ok looking back who one the lakers heat shaq trade?

I'd say it's pretty even. Both won a championship, though the Lakers did it with adding more pieces than just what they had from that trade. The Heat in the short term obviously because the won the championship the year they did the trade. But Miami did have a terrible season two years later, even though they started picking it back up as of late.
