If those patriarchs in the OT are jewish,what are they doing in Turkey and Armenia?

Geography is provided; adam & eve hail from Armenia,Noah from what is now Turkey,and even old Abe parked his car in Harran,also now Turkey. Are we sure these folks were jewish?
