I need some suggestions for what to say at a speeding ticket hearing?

Honestly it doesn't really matter what you say, the judge is going to side with the law enforcement officer. You're best off telling the truth and hoping for the best. You have to remember that judges have heard ALL the stories before and can generally tell when someone is trying to bullshit them.
