Christians: the psychiatric community describes you as delusional, does this irk you?
Considering the fact that most psychiatrists should be on their own medication..the answer is no, not at all. One does not usually awake one day and say "gee I think I want to be a psychiatrist"..this occurs generally from unsatisfactory adolescent or pubescent experiences. In other words, to resolve their own inner conflict. Would I trust a conflicted 'professional' to treat my so called confliction, so that said professional can feed their already immense ego and skip through life thinking they have 'treated' another sub-intellect? No. Case in point, how many patients are 'cured'? Any? No, none or on a scale of 1 to 100 I would guess a 1. It's just a guinea pig dance from medication to medication in the hopes that said psychiatrist can show some intellectual muscle. So, in essence, I wouldn't give credence to most of what any so called mental health professional calls a theist. They are involved with the science god, a finite temporal creation...not Creator. Pfft.
